Trained in the YogaWorks method, Charlotte Cressey has been practicing yoga for fourteen years. Charlotte’s unique style of yoga, Earth Energy Yoga, is based on a vegan ethic of reverence for all beings and connection with nature. Earth Energy Yoga is inspired by Mother Earth, with emphasis on honoring all life; finding one’s own inner wisdom; proper alignment to prevent injury; positive affirmation; uplifting movement; clear intentions on and off the mat; inspiration; and self-empowerment.
Easy-to-follow instruction. Students complete their yoga session feeling refreshed, grounded, centered, and more self-aware.
Charlotte offers private and group yoga lessons. Costs are on a sliding scale ($50-$150/hr.)

Message from Charlotte “I have been a vegan for 14 years and I’m happy to help teach you how to successfully make the transition as well. Many people are bewildered by the prospect and don’t know where to begin.
This is where my experience can benefit you. We begin by discussing your goals, whether you want to eliminate all animal products at once or transition toward a plant-based diet. We can then go grocery shopping so you learn about the abundance of plant-based choices. We can create simple and delicious menus so that you know what you’re going to eat as you make the transition. I’m also happy to help teach you how to order in restaurants.”
The entire process is hands-on and can be customized to what you need.
Charlotte is a certified meditation instructor through the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. She offers group classes and individual instruction in meditation. Free community meditation classes are offered as well.
