Charlotte Cressey is an animal rights activist and educator, certified yoga instructor, and enthusiast for the many benefits of veganism. Charlotte’s passion for helping animals began at the young age of 3. Since that time, she’s been reading and researching animal rights and veganism, trying to reconcile why a culture that prizes love and compassion has neglected the most defenseless of all: nonhuman animals. Charlotte became a vegetarian at age 7. She became a vegan at age 12 and continues to be inspired by a vegan ethic of love for all beings.
Charlotte’s goal is to share what she has learned with the rest of the world, beginning with her local community. She views veganism and treating all animals with respect as part of a larger goal to create a peaceful world for humans, animals, and Mother Earth.
Charlotte lives in Orange County, California with her vegan companion animals, Arlo and Teddy.
